At NPSG Australia, we are proud to highlight the accomplishments of our team members. Chris Coote and Travis Jemmeson have recently completed milestones in their professional journeys.

Chris Coote has successfully completed the BSB41419 - Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety. This course teaches participants the knowledge and skills to work within an organisation as a WHS safety advisor, assessor, officer, or supervisor. Chris completed the course by attending online classes and follow-up study sessions. His motivation for completing the course was to maintain high safety standards on site.

"The BSB41419 - Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety has equipped me with the necessary skills to ensure that our work environment remains safe for everyone. My goal is to apply these skills to uphold the highest safety standards at NPSG Australia," says Chris.

Travis Jemmeson has recently completed the BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management. The BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management is a comprehensive 12-month program designed to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge essential for managing a wide range of projects. The course included 20 online interactive classes complemented by self-paced learning, covering a total of 12 units.

The curriculum covered essential areas such as project scope, project information and communication, managing risk, stakeholder engagement, cost, and quality. As part of his coursework, Travis utilised a previous racking installation project at DNS5 as a case study. This hands-on approach not only solidified his understanding of theoretical concepts but also provided valuable insights into real-world project management scenarios.

"Completing the BSB50820 Diploma has given me the core information required to see a project through from inception to completion," says Travis. "I am looking forward to applying these skills in my next project."

Both Chris and Travis completed these courses while working full-time, showcasing their dedication and commitment to their professional growth.

NPSG Australia is committed to investing in the professional development of its staff and encourages continuous learning by supporting employees and covering course costs.

"Investing in our staff is essential for the success of our business," says Tracey Wester, Managing Director of NPSG Australia. "We believe that by empowering our team members with the right tools and education, we are fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement."

"Chris and Travis have demonstrated commitment to their professional development. Their achievements are a testament to their hard work and dedication, and we are excited to see how they will apply their new skills in their roles," adds Jesse Palmer, NPSG Australia's National Project Manager.

Congratulations to Chris and Travis on their achievements and we look forward to witnessing their continued growth and success within NPSG Australia.
