Tote Conveyor Installation

NPSG Australia has once again demonstrated its expertise with the recent installation of a tote conveyor system at a major warehouse in Victoria, on behalf of one of Australia’s leading logistics automation providers

The project involved the careful assembly and commissioning of multiple conveyor systems, including Goods to Person (GTP) and Sorter Conveyor systems, as well as key safety features like guardrails and netting.

Working in a live warehouse environment, the NPSG Australia team showed flexibility and precision, overcoming challenges such as coordinating with other contractors and managing work around a busy operational space. "Adaptability and clear communication were key," said Chris Coote, Assistant Project Manager at NPSG Australia. "We focused on ensuring minimal disruption while keeping everything on track."

The project included a phased approach, with tasks like the installation of elevated conveyors requiring meticulous planning and execution. The team also ensured that safety measures were incorporated throughout the process, finishing with a thorough review to guarantee that all elements met the highest standards.

Reflecting on the success of the project, Tracey Wester, Managing Director of NPSG Australia, said, "This installation is another example of our team’s capability to deliver complex projects efficiently, with a focus on safety and quality. We’re proud to have completed another successful installation that will improve operational efficiency for years to come."

This project further reinforces NPSG Australia's reputation for precision and professionalism, delivering another high-quality result in an active warehouse environment.
